Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Matern, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality feeding bras to support new mothers. However, due to the discrete and hygienic nature of our product, we have a strict no-return or refund policy in place.
Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged feeding bra, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.
We will promptly investigate the issue, and if confirmed, we will provide you with a replacement product.
Incorrect Size or Style:
We understand that selecting the right size and style can be challenging. If you receive a feeding bra that does not fit properly or is not the style you expected, we may offer an exchange for an alternative size or style within 30 days of your purchase.
The exchanged product must be in an unworn and unaltered condition with all original tags and packaging.
Hygiene and Usage:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on feeding bras that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns if the product’s protective seal or packaging has been tampered with or removed.
Return Process:
To initiate an exchange for an incorrect size or style, please contact our customer service team at maternwear@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, clear photos of any defects or damage.
If an exchange is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping of Rs. 100 per order.
Refund Processing:
Please note that refunds are not offered under this policy, except for defective products. If your return qualifies for a replacement, we will process the exchange using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
